Refund & Cancellation

Transparency in Payments | Effective: March 2026

At NK IT Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services. Since we deal in non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Software, Web Apps, ERPs), we have a clear policy regarding refunds.

1. Cancellation Before Project Start

If a client decides to cancel a project within 48 hours of paying the advance and before any design or development work has commenced, we will issue a 70% refund of the advance amount. 30% is retained as a processing and consultation fee.

2. No-Refund Policy After Development Starts
Once the UI/UX Design or Coding phase has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This is because resources and man-hours are already committed to your project.
3. Service Issues & Failed Delivery

If we fail to deliver the project as per the Project Scope agreed upon in the initial contract, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 30 business days, the client is eligible for a partial refund based on the undelivered modules.

4. Domain & Hosting Fees

Payments made for Domain Registration and Web Hosting are 100% non-refundable, as these are third-party costs that we pay immediately to registrars on your behalf.

5. SMS & API Credits

Bulk SMS credits or any third-party API credits (like WhatsApp API or Payment Gateway setup fees) are strictly non-refundable once the account is activated.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if applicable), you must send an official email to nitishjamui68@gmail.com with your invoice number and a detailed reason for the request. All refund requests are processed within 10-15 working days.
