Terms & Conditions

Agreement between Client & NK IT Solutions | Effective: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with NK IT Solutions for web development, ERP systems, or any digital service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our services.

2. Service Scope & Proposals

We provide custom software solutions including School Management Systems, Coaching Apps, and Web Portals. The specific features of your project will be defined in the initial "Project Proposal." Any features requested outside the initial scope will be treated as a separate task and may incur additional costs.

3. Payment & Billing
  • 40% Advance Payment: Required to initiate the project.
  • 40% Mid-Phase Payment: After design approval.
  • 20% Final Payment: Before the official launch/handover.

Failure to clear payments within 7 days of the invoice date may result in a temporary suspension of services or hosting.

4. Intellectual Property

Until the full payment is received, all source code and designs remain the intellectual property of NK IT Solutions. Upon final settlement, the client is granted a license to use the software for their specific business or institution.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients (Schools/Coaching) are responsible for providing all necessary content (Logos, Student Data, Staff Details) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content will lead to delays in project delivery.

6. Support & Maintenance

We provide 3 months of free technical support after project launch. Post-free support, clients can opt for our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for regular updates, backups, and bug fixes.

7. Limitation of Liability

NK IT Solutions is not liable for any data loss, server downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our software.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamui, Bihar.
